It was made by using the large size Lapis cuts as the pivot & then working around them, by laying each of the smaller shapes in their proper place so the form has a perfect triangular look. In comparison to many SW pieces, this is not “Over the Top” in size, but rather has a’just right’ feel for those who like a more’simple statement’ with necklaces they wear. Having been a jeweler myself, what really impresses me with this, is not only knowing what it took to make the cluster, but for the fact that the link chain is totally made BY HAND! This is something you just don’t see too often & when you do, it gives you that much more respect to the artist. If 18 is too short & want to wear it longer, you can either make an extender yourself or have one made! Even the hook & eye closure is hand made!
