Hand Made tourist Native American Folk Art trade. 1936 14″ long, 3 1/2″ high, 4 wide birch bark canoe with catgut or animal hide lacing and what looks like animal hide carrying strap. Very special, super rare as bark is so fragile. Clearly marked Cass Lake Minn. Inside is dusty, I have not cleaned. Leech-Cass Lake are part of the Leech Lake Reservation, Ojibwe Tribe. Would make a wonderful display of local Native American folk/trade art. Please ask any questions.
